Who we are
Verax Outreach is a brand, marketing and technology agency registered in the United Arab Emirates, working with clients internationally. For anything on this page, write to hello@veraxoutreach.com.
What we collect
What you choose to send us, and a count of page views.
- What you type into the enquiry form. Your name, your business, your email address and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing on the form is collected unless you press the button.
- What you send through the Relay forms. On the Relay page, a brand can send a brief (company, contact details, the product and the brief itself) and a creator can apply (name, email, handles, audience figures, rates and anything else written in the form). With each one we also keep the name of the browser it came from and a one-way scrambled form of its IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address. We use those only to stop one sender flooding the form.
- Aggregate page statistics. Which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which site referred it. This is counted, not tracked: no cookie is set, no profile is built, and nothing is linked back to a person or followed across other websites.
We do not ask for, store or process payment details, government identifiers or any special category data through this website.
Why we collect it
The enquiry form exists so a person can answer you. We use what you send to reply to your enquiry, hold the conversation that follows, and, if you become a client, to run the work. We do not add you to a newsletter, a drip sequence or a remarketing audience, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone who wants to sell you something.
The Relay forms exist so we can consider a brief or an application. A person reads every one before anything else happens. A brief we take on becomes a client record. An application we accept becomes part of the list of creators we match brand briefs against.
The lawful basis for handling an enquiry is your request: you asked us to get in touch. For the Relay forms it is also the consent you give with the tick box, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us. The lawful basis for aggregate statistics is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works, served in a form that cannot identify you.
Who else sees it
Five processors, each doing one job:
- Vercel hosts the site and Relay, our internal matchmaking tool, and serves every page. Its servers necessarily process the IP address of each request in order to return a page, and keep short-lived operational logs.
- Formspree receives the enquiry form and forwards it to our inbox. Your name, business, email and message pass through it.
- Supabase hosts Relay's database in Mumbai, India. Everything sent through the Relay forms is stored there.
- Anthropic provides the AI model Relay uses to help us read briefs and draft messages. When we use it, the brief or the creator details involved are sent to Anthropic to produce a draft, which a person checks before it is used. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not train its models on what we send.
- Plausible Analytics counts page views. It is EU-hosted, sets no cookies, and collects no personal data or cross-site identifiers. It only runs at all if you accept analytics on the banner.
This site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers receive the IP address of your request in order to serve the font files. No cookie is set by that request.
Beyond those, nobody. We do not run advertising pixels, social trackers, session recorders or heat maps.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. Enquiries that become work are kept for the life of the engagement and for six years afterwards, because tax and contract law in the places we operate requires us to be able to produce them. Relay submissions are deleted twelve months after they arrive, whether or not we accept them. If we accept one, the brand or creator record made from it is kept while we work together; ask us and we will delete it. Aggregate statistics contain nothing personal and are kept indefinitely.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you make a choice on the cookie banner, that single choice is stored in your own browser's local storage so the banner stops asking. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Your rights
Wherever you are, we will honour these. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it, or ask for it in a portable format. One email to hello@veraxoutreach.com is enough, and we will answer within thirty days. You do not have to explain why.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first, but it is your right either way.
Where your data goes
We are in the United Arab Emirates, and the processors above operate in the United States, the European Union and India. That means an enquiry sent from the EEA or UK is transferred outside it. Those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses in each processor's terms.
Children
This is a business-to-business agency. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your data, we will change the date at the top and, where the change is material, say so on the site rather than quietly editing the page.
01 / Start
Tell us what you need.
A thirty-minute call with Verax. Something broken, something new, or just an idea worth testing — you leave with clear next steps, whether you hire us or not.
You talk. We listen for what you actually need.
We name the first two things worth doing.
If we fit, we send a plan. If we do not, we say so.
